Today I’m sharing a list of my top Vegan Fall Recipes! These recipes are allergy-friendly since they are mainly gluten-free or have a gluten-free option as well as being soy-free. In addition to being allergy-friendly, these Vegan Fall recipes are oil-free and/or refined sugar-free!

Vegan Fall Recipes – Breakfast

#1 – 5-Ingredient Cinnamon Granola (Vegan, Oil-Free, Refined Sugar-Free)

Cinnamon Granola

Homemade granola is one of the easiest recipes you can make. I can’t think of a better, simpler granola recipe than this one. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and simply bake on a sheet pan until crispy and done.

This recipe makes approximately 2 cups worth of granola. You can store the granola in an air-tight container in the cupboard for up to 6 months. I like to add this granola to ice cream, chopped bananas, yogurt, oatmeal, trail mix, and more!

#2 – Breakfast Casserole (Vegan, Soy-Free, Oil-Free)

Breakfast Casserole

Unlike a lot of vegan breakfast casserole recipes available, this recipe does not use chickpeas (or chickpea flour), or tofu. This recipe uses mung beans. I’ve written a lot about mung beans, how/when to use them, where to buy them, and I’ve even included a few other mung bean recipes on the blog.

This recipe consists of a base of 10 ingredients and can be easily customized to your liking. For this recipe, I added vegetables to my breakfast casserole, but you could add vegan cheese, vegan breakfast sausage, vegan bacon, and more!

#3 – Double Chocolate Muffins (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Oil-Free, Refined Sugar-Free)

Vegan Fall Recipes

These vegan double chocolate muffins contain only 11 ingredients. These muffins are moist despite containing no added oils. These remind me of the delicious pre-made bakery-style muffins you find in grocery stores.

Vegan Fall Recipes – Lunch/Dinner & Sides

#4 – Pumpkin Lentil Curry (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Oil-Free)

Vegan Pumpkin Lentil Curry

In case you don’t already have enough pumpkin recipes for this time of year, here’s one more. I was inspired to create this Pumpkin Lentil Curry recipe after having a pumpkin curry from a Thai restaurant. The dish was more of a loose, soupy curry and it didn’t have lentils, but the combination of pumpkin and basil was delicious and I knew I wanted to recreate something similar using those same main ingredients.

This pumpkin lentil curry is the perfect recipe for any fall weeknight dinner! This recipe also serves as a great way to use any additional cans of pumpkin puree that might be sitting in your cupboard. This recipe also takes approximately 35 minutes to make and serves 5 – 7 people.

#5 – One-Pan Baked Macaroni & Cheese (Vegan, Oil-Free, Gluten-Free Option)

Vegan Thanksgiving Recipes

Want some cozy fall comfort food? Then I’ve got the recipe for you! This One-Pan Baked Macaroni & Cheese is delicious and unbelievably easy. This recipe takes just 30 minutes to make and requires only 11 ingredients.

#6 – 4-Ingredient Biscuits (Vegan, Oil-Free, Gluten-Free Option)

Vegan Thanksgiving Recipes

If you’re looking for a quick side to go with dinner, then consider this recipe for 4-ingredient vegan biscuits.

Most of the recipes I create and share have the same characteristics of being simple in the number of ingredients, the type of ingredients used, and the overall cooking method. This recipe is no different. With just four essential ingredients, this recipe has to be one of the simplest I’ve made yet.

These vegan biscuits are soft and delicious! This recipe can be made in less than 20 minutes. You can also make this recipe gluten-free by substituting gluten-free all-purpose flour.

Vegan Fall Recipes – Sweets & Drinks

#7 – Salted Caramel Sauce (Vegan, Oil-Free, Refined Sugar-Free)

Vegan Fall Recipes

This vegan salted caramel sauce consists of only 3 ingredients and takes just minutes to make. I’ve used this caramel sauce on top of ice cream, hot cocoa, and cinnamon apple scones.

#8 – Pumpkin Pie Parfaits (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Oil-Free, Refined Sugar-Free)

Vegan Thanksgiving Recipes

If you’re like me and you find pumpkin pie a bit boring, then you may want to try out these vegan pumpkin pie parfaits. These vegan pumpkin pie parfaits have a good balance in texture. The thick, creamy pumpkin pie pudding goes nicely with the pecan date crust and the granola. Switch up your holiday desserts this year and bring these instead!

#9 – Almond Butter Brownies (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Oil-Free, Refined Sugar-Free)

Vegan Almond Butter Brownies

These easy vegan almond butter brownies are soft, fudgy, and delicious. I like making these as a healthier alternative to traditional brownies. I prefer to use almond butter for this recipe because it has a more mellow flavor and it blends in well with the cocoa without being overpowering. This recipe can be easily adjusted to substitute any other type of nut/seed butter in place of the almond butter.

#10 – Simple Spiced Cider (Vegan, Refined Sugar-Free)

Vegan Thanksgiving Recipes

Most apple cider recipes require several hours of cook time and are made in bulk. This recipe for Simple Spiced Cider takes only one hour of cook time and makes enough to serve two people. If you’re looking for a quick, cozy fall drink, then this is your recipe!
