This easy oil-free vegan mayo is made up of only 7 ingredients and takes less than 15 minutes to make!




  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and place on a paper towel or kitchen towel to drain for 10 minutes.
  2. Add all ingredients to a small bullet blender or small food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Store the mayo in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days. Stir the mayo before each use if the water starts to separate.
